recite (as in mindless repetition of ideas) v.t., v.i.: duckspeak

Listed in Derivation included, verbs

[This is a word that is part of “Newspeak,” the language of the monster state in George Orwell’s 1984. In “duckspeak,” one mindlessly repeats the orthodox opinions (thus, quacking like a duck) of the power structure, namely Big Brother.]

The public school system is systematically destroying America by undermining our culture and destroying ourunderstanding of the necessity of liberty, particularly in the minds of the common people and the working class. Though students are graduating from schools unable to read, no student is leaving school not knowing how to duckspeak the slogans of the liberal ruling class. (Bill White,  Washington Post, 3/2/2000.)
